'The Reaper' - Hot Chilli Sauce - 200g

The hotter version of our Vibrant Chilli Jam, given its heat by the addition of Trinidad Scorpion  Chillies, one of the hottest chillies in the world! Although this packs a definite punch, we use the chillies carefully in an attempt to balance the heat with flavour. Not for the faint hearted!
